AZZ 57 SRV | Automatic Perfume, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, Chewing Gum, Hookah and Tea Box with Servo System
Our machine automatically packs square and rectangular shaped, medium and large volume boxes within the dimensions specified below, in one piece or in rows side by side in envelope type packaging model. Ideal and many settings and controls are made by means of PLC with encoder system and from the touch screen, it is an operator friendly and useful machine for servo motor packaging length adjustment in mold change. The feeding process can be done manually as well as automatic feeding depending on the way the boxes come from the production line. In order to open the outer gelatin of the boxes easily, the opening band strip can be attached. As an option, when the outer gelatin of the boxes is colored and printed, a photocell system and date coding equipment can be installed.
